Maria Trevino

Brownsville - Maria Trevino, 95, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2020 at her residence.

Mrs. Trevino was born on May 3, 1925 in Mexico, daughter of Pedro Cisneros and Josefa Cisneros. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose I. Trevino ; her parents; brothers, Guillermo Cisneros, Guadalupe Cisneros, Abel Cisneros, Pedro Cisneros; sisters, Delfina Cisneros, Magdalena Cisneros and Maria Luisa Cisneros.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Hidalia Trevino, Jesus Trevino, Minerva Soto (Margarito), Humberto Trevino (Lilia Mata), Homero Trevino (Hortencia). Also surviving her are 24 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Prayer Service at Salinas Funeral Home -Chapel of the Angels. Funeral chapel service will be Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Cemetery at 11 a.m.
