Maria Z. Palacios

Brownsville - Maria Z. Palacios, 74, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2023 at her resdence.

Mrs. Palacios was born November 5, 1949 in Matamoros, Tamaulipsa, Mexico, daughter of Samuel Palacios and Tomasa Gamez. She is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers Andres Palacios and Bernabe Palacios.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband Jose Antonio Palacios; her children, Juan Fuentes and Jose Alfonso Fuentes; brothers, Geronimo Palacios, Patricio Palacios, Begnino Palacios; sisters, Margarita Palacios, Faustino Palacios and Matilde Palacios. Also surviving her are 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels in Brownsville. Funeral chapel service is scheduled for Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 10:00 am with interment to follow at 11:00 am at Rose Lawn Burial Park.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
