Martin was born on January 3, 1972 to Miguel and Guadalupe R. Alegria in Weslaco, TX.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his sister Eugenia Alegria; his sister in law Amy Alegria
Martin is survived by his brothers and sisters: Alfonso Alegria, Jaime (Lydia) Alegria, Miguel (Mary) Alegria, Francisco (Julie) Alegria, Leeroy (Iracema) Alegria, Gloria Martinez, Solia (Rick) Chavez, Juana Alegria, Consuelo Pena and Yolanda Alegria (Antonio) Gonzalez, 42 nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mr. Martin Alegria will be on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. â 9:00 p.m. Visitation will continue Wednesday May 22, 2019, from 9:00 a.m.â 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa, TX. Interment will follow at Donna City Cemetery in Donna, TX.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted and are under the direction of Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
