Elsa- Michael Cabrera Cerda, 50, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 11, 2023 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissances in Edinburg, Texas.

Mr. Cabrera was born on September 15, 1972 to Mr. Aniceto Cerda and Mrs. Maria Christina Ortiz in Weslaco, Texas.

Mr. Cabrera is preceded in death by his father, Mr. Aniceto Cerda; his mother, Maria Christina Ortiz, & his brother, Aniceto Cerda Jr.

Left to cherish his memories is his brothers, Ramiro Ruiz, Mario Ruiz, Jaime Ruiz, Cesar Cerda, David Gonzalez & Daniel Gonzalez; his sisters, Josie Cabrera, Maricela Cerda & Angelica Gonzalez as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mr. Michael Armando Cabrera is scheduled for Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
