Mrs. Palacios is preceded in death by her parents: Mr. Gilberto Sierra and Mrs. Francisca Garcia Sierra; her husband: Julio Palacios, her brother: Alfonso Sierra and her sister: Nora Garcia.

Left to cherish her memories is her sons: Jose Miguel (Susana) Palacios & Julio (Neida) Palacios Jr.; her daughter: Ivanelle (Jose Angel) Guerra; her sister: Gloria Hernandez; her grandchildren: Andrea A. Palacios, Briana N. Palacios, Gilberto R. Guerra, Julio E. Guerra, Julio D. Palacios, Clarissa C. Palacios, Veronica L. Palacios; her great-grandchild: Dominic J. Palacios.

As per the wishes of Mrs. Norma Irene Palacios, all services will be private as per her request.
