She was born on August 23, 1942 to Mr. Delfino Camacho and Mrs. Anita Ramirez in Charco, Texas.

Mrs. Ruiz is preceded in death by her parents: Mr. Delfino Camacho and Mrs. Anita Ramirez; her brothers: Mr. Juan Camacho & Mr. Delfino Camacho Jr..

Left to cherish her memories is her Loving Husband: Ubaldo Ruiz; her sons: Omar (Sylvia) Ruiz, Joel (Rhonda) Ruiz; her daughters: Diana (Rosendo) Hinojosa, Delia (Christopher) Pettit; her brother: Roberto Camacho; her sisters: Lydia Lopez, Elva Carreon, Delia Riojas, Celia Ramirez, Gracie Rivera, Lisba Escobar, Rebecca Zembrano; her grandchildren: Omar Ruiz Jr., Joel Hinojosa, Daniel Hinojosa, Christian Hinojosa, Gabriel F Ruiz, Krista Ruiz, Abram Barco, Samuel Barco, Grace Barco; her great-grandchildren: Kailynn C. Ruiz & Kylie R. Ruiz.

Visitation for Mrs. Ofilia Ruiz is scheduled for Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels. A Graveside Service is scheduled for Monday, January 3, 2022 at 9:00 am at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
