Olivia Castillo

Elsa- Olivia Castillo, 75, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at her residence in Elsa, Texas.

She was born on August 14, 1946 to Mr. Jose Angel Zuniga and Mrs. Francisca Lozoya in Matamoros, Tamps. Mexico.

Mrs. Castillo is preceded in death by her parents; her loving Husband: Juan Castillo; her brother, Emilio Zuniga, Jose Zuniga; her sister, Ofelia Zuniga.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Jorge Enrique (Nora) Guzman, Juan (Esmer) Castillo; her daughters, Esmeralda (Rafael) Galan, Claudia (Ismael Luna) Castillo, Melissa (Jorge Balderas) Castillo; her brothers, Guadalupe Zuniga, Alvaro Zuniga; her sisters, Yolanda Ruiz, Sylvia Hernandez, Martha Nava, Alma Hernandez; 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mrs. Olivia Castillo is scheduled for Tuesday, July 19, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm with a Holy Rosary both nights at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Weslaco. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
