Weslaco- Rebbeca Torres, 52, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 30, 2022 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco.

She was born on October 31, 1969 to Mr. Eli Gonzalez and Mrs. Eugenia Chapa Gonzalez in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Mrs. Torres is preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Jose Alvaro (Jo Anne) Torres, Adan Torres; her daughter, Jennifer Lee Torres; her brothers, Eli Gonzalez, Abraham Gonzalez; her sisters, Adela Cervantes, Eugenia Bernal, Noelia Garcia, Gloria Hernandez, Evangelina Posada, Dalia Ledezma; her grandchildren, Josiah P. Cruz, Jose A. Torres, Joel A. Torres, Adan Torres Jr., Kayla J. Torres.

Visitation for Mrs. Rebbeca Torres is scheduled for Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 10:00 am at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
