Edcouch- Refugia Ramirez, 78, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 13, 2023 at her residence in Edcouch.
Mrs. Ramirez was born on October 2, 1944 to Mr. Bernabe Munoz and Mrs. Teodora Solis in Weslaco, Texas.
Mrs. Ramirez is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Bernabe Munoz and Mrs. Teodora Solis; her husband, Noe Ramirez; her son, Alberto Ramirezl her brother, Bernado Munoz.
Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Noe (Irma) Ramirez Jr., Alfredo Ramirez, Rolando (Melissa) Ramirez, Rosendo (Aimee) Ramirez, Genaro (Stephanie) Ramirez; her daughters, Eva (Guadalupe) Olivarez, Noemi (Rocky Martinez) Ramirez, San Juanita (Manuel Solis) Ramirez; her brothers, Guadalupe Munoz, Natividad Munoz, Juan Munoz; her sisters, Florencia Munoz, Trinidad Guzman; 49 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Mrs. Refugia Ramirez is scheduled for Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in La Villa, Texas. Interment will follow at Sacred Park Cemetery in Mercedes.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
