Ricardo Borrego

Edcouch - Ricardo Borrego, 67, passed away Monday, May 15, 2023 at his residence in Edcouch.

Mr. Borrego was born July 18, 1955 in Mexico, son of Roberto Borrego and Elia Mercado Borrego. He is preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Jose Borrego, Roberto Borrego and a sister-in-law Cris Borrego.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Blanca Estela Jalomo Borrego; his children, Brenda Lee Rodriguez (David Jr.), Ricardo Borrego Jr. (Cassandra Alaniz); brothers, Jesus Mario Borrego (Juanita), Alfredo Borrego (Rose), Carlos Borrego (Erica) and his sister, Sandra Lopez (Agustin). Also surviving him are 5 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Elsa.
