Elsa- Roberto Martinez, 78, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at McAllen Medical Center.

Mr. Martinez was born on August 11, 1944 to Mr. Roberto Martinez and Mrs. Guadalupe Caberra Martinez.

Mr. Martinez is preceded in death by his parents; Mr. Roberto Martinez and Mrs. Guadalupe Caberra Martinez.

Left to cherish his memories are his sons, Roberto Martinez Jr., Ricardo (Magali) Martinez, Enrique Martinez, Roel Martinez, Rene Martinez; his daughter, Diana Martinez; mother of children, Gloria Alegria Martinez; his sisters, Mirta Rodriguez, Maria Rodriguez, Julia Sepulveda; 18 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Roberto Martinez is scheduled for Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. A Chapel Service will be held on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of Heavens. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
