Rosa "Rosie" E. Garza

Brownsville - Rosa "Rosie" E. Garza, 70, passed away Friday, July 12, 2024 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen.

Mrs. Garza was born July 22, 1953 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, daughter of Gloria Alvarado. She is preceded in death by 2 brothers.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Alfredo "Fred" Garza; her children, Juan Pablo Garza (Melissa), Sandra Garza; her mother, Gloria Gonzalez; her grandchildren, Joshua, Krystah, Raul Alfredo, Rosemary; her great-grandchildren, Zelda and Tanjiro. Also surviving her are numerous brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. As per her wishes, she will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
