It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Rozanna Ponce, she went into eternal sleep on Monday, March 31, 2025, at the age of 39. A beloved wife, mother, cherished friend, and remarkable individual, Rozanna will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Born on December 27, 1985, in Weslaco, Texas, Rozanna lived a life filled with love, laughter, and compassion.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Ponce; two daughters, Monic Alexa Ponce, Mia Amelia Ponce; her parents, Jesus Federico & Rosa Amelia De La Cerda & one brother, Ibrahim De La Cerda (Christian Marie).

Rozanna's legacy will endure in the hearts of those she touched. Her kindness, empathy, and nurturing spirit made a lasting impact on her family, friends, and community. She was known not just for her gentle nature but also for her unwavering support and encouragement to others.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Talk Service at Salinas Funeral Home Weslaco - Chapel of The Heavens. Family and friend's will have the opportunity to share their cherished memories and celebrate Rozanna's remarkable life.

A 10:00 AM Funeral Service will occur on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Salinas Funeral Home Weslaco - Chapel of The Heavens. Interment will follow at the Weslaco City Cemetery. We invite all who knew Rozanna to join us as we celebrate her life, reflect on her legacy, and find comfort in one another during this difficult time.
