Sara S. Mendoza

Los Fresnos - Sara S. Mendoza, 64, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2025.

Mrs. Mendoza was born October 10, 1960, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. Daughter of Vicente Mendoza and Esperanza Sanchez Mendoza. She is preceded in death by her husband Elpidio Galvan and her parents.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Cynthia Sheets Galvan, Arvy Galvan, Ithiel Galvan; brothers, Jorge Mendoza, Rodolfo Mendoza; sisters, Maria Morales, Maria de la Salud Garcia and Lydia Mendoza. Also surviving her are 5 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. As per her wishes, she will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
