Servando Ramirez Marquez

Monte Alto- Servando Ramirez Marquez, 92, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 15, 2024 at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Marquez was born on October 23, 1931 to Mr. Matias Marquez and Mrs. Julia Ramirez in San Marcos, Texas.

Mr. Marquez is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Matias Marquez and Mrs. Julia Ramirez; his son, Servando Marquez Jr.; his brothers, Nasario Marquez, Simon Marquez, Pedro Marquez, Dario Marquez; his sisters, Francisca Marquez, Lucia Marquez.

Left to cherish his memories is his loving wife, Virginia Lerma Marquez; his sons, David (Thelma Ayala) Marquez, Arturo Marquez; his daughter, Rosa (Hipolito) Martinez; his brothers, Martin Marquez, Agustin Marquez; his sisters, Petra Marquez, Mela Mata; 6 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Servando Ramirez Marquez is scheduled for Monday, March 18, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
