Weslaco- It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Vidal Cruz Carrizal, a beloved husband, father, and friend, who left this world on March 28, 2025. Born on April 30, 1946, Vidal lived a full life characterized by love, dedication, and service to others. He resided in Weslaco, Texas, where he created a warm and welcoming home for his family, particularly cherishing the time spent with his beloved wife, Clara Cruz.

Vidal was a family man at heart, devoted to nurturing the bonds that held his loved ones close. He was known for his generosity and kindness, always reaching out to those in need and leaving a lasting impact on the lives he touched. His unwavering spirit and genuine compassion for others garnered him the love and respect of many within his community.

Mr. Cruz is preceded in death by his father, Juan Cruz; his sons, Wenselado Cruz, Lucio Cruz; his brother, Santos Cruz and his sister, Ania Cruz.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Clara Cruz; his sons, Ramon (Claudia) Cruz, Vidal (Valentina) Cruz Jr., Rufino (Isabel) Cruz; his daughters, Zulema (Raudel Gonzalez; Juana (Marco Rodriguez) Cruz, Diana (Fortino Cortes) Cruz, Sandra (David Perez) Cruz, Clara (Joel Reyes) Cruz, Mayra (Eduardo Garcia) Cruz; his mother, Concepcion Carrizal; his brothers, Juan Cruz, Rufino Cruz; his sisters, Simona Cruz, Catalina Cruz, Martina Cruz, Sabina Cruz, Manuela Cruz; 44 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Vidal Cruz Carrizal is scheduled for Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of Heavens. As per his wishes he will be laid to rest at a later at Panteon Municipal Miquihana Tamp. in Mexico.

Weslaco - Con profundo pesar anunciamos el fallecimiento de Vidal Cruz Carrizal, un amado esposo, padre y amigo, quien partió de este mundo el 28 de marzo de 2025. Nacido el 30 de abril de 1946, Vidal vivió una vida plena, caracterizada por el amor, la dedicación y el servicio al prójimo. Residió en Weslaco, Texas, donde creó un hogar cálido y acogedor para su familia, atesorando especialmente el tiempo compartido con su amada esposa, Clara Cruz.

Vidal era un hombre de familia de corazón, dedicado a cultivar los lazos que unían a sus seres queridos. Era conocido por su generosidad y bondad, siempre tendiendo la mano a los necesitados y dejando una huella imborrable en las vidas que tocó. Su espíritu inquebrantable y genuina compasión por los demás le granjearon el amor y el respeto de muchos en su comunidad.

Al Sr. Cruz le precedieron en la muerte su padre, Juan Cruz; sus hijos, Wenselado Cruz, Lucio Cruz; Su hermano, Santos Cruz, y su hermana, Ania Cruz.

Para atesorar sus recuerdos, le sobreviven su amada esposa, Clara Cruz; sus hijos, Ramón (Claudia) Cruz, Vidal (Valentina) Cruz Jr., Rufino (Isabel) Cruz; Sus hijas, Zulema (Raudel González); Juana (Marco Rodríguez) Cruz, Diana (Fortino Cortés) Cruz, Sandra (David Pérez) Cruz, Clara (Joel Reyes) Cruz, Mayra (Eduardo García) Cruz; su madre, Concepción Carrizal; sus hermanos, Juan Cruz, Rufino Cruz; sus hermanas, Simona Cruz, Catalina Cruz, Martina Cruz, Sabina Cruz, Manuela Cruz; 44 nietos y 22 bisnietos.

El velatorio del Sr. Vidal Cruz Carrizal está programado para el jueves 3 de abril de 2025 de 16:00 a 21:00 h, con el Santo Rosario a las 19:00 h en la Funeraria Salinas - Capilla del Cielo. Según sus deseos, será enterrado posteriormente en el Panteón Municipal Miquihana, Tamaulipas, México.

Al recordar a Vidal Cruz Carrizal, que encontremos consuelo en los recuerdos compartidos y el amor que inculcó en todos. Su espíritu siempre será una luz que guiará nuestros corazones.
