Sigifredo Martinez

Elsa- Sigifredo Martinez, 81, passed away to be with the Lord on Friday, December 24, 2021 at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, Texas.

He was born on January 9, 1940 to Mr. Benjamin Martinez and Mrs. Mimila M. De la Cruz in Engleman Gardens, Texas.

Mr. Martinez is preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memories is his daughters: Ana Belinda (Antonio) Martinez Perez and Monica Mimili (Jesus) Martinez Garcia; his brothers: Benjamin (Rosie) Martinez & Israel (Janie) Martinez; his sister: Elizabeth (Carlos) Gonzalez; his grandchildren: Cyntea (Jake) Thomas, Antonio "TJ" Perez, Clarissa Perez, Grimaldi Garcia, Giovanni Garcia, Guiliana Garcia.

Visitation for Mr. Martinez is scheduled for Monday, January 3, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 4, 2021 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.

Funeral Service have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
